John
Hind has been a resident of Mallorca for more than 13 years, during this time he has been
deeply involved in the mountain sports scene here.
Over the years, he has acquired a wealth of practical knowledge and experience regarding
many of the outdoor and adventure activities that take place in and around the mountains
of Mallorca.
Originally from the north Lake District in the UK, he spent most of his youth camping,
climbing and walking around the Bassenthwaite and Keswick area.
More recently John has spent time in the Central Pyrenees and French Alps, climbing
“Alpine style” and making solo ascents of several classic routes in winter.
John is now working full time as a guide / instructor here on Mallorca. |
